This Policy explains how we handle personal information
under Korea's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) and related laws.
1. What we collect
The Site does not offer membership, login, or payment features, and we don't actively collect personal information from visitors.
We may process minimal information in these cases:
- Email inquiries (info@danielclass.com): sender's email address and message content
- Server access logs: IP address, access time, User-Agent (for security and stability purposes)
2. How long we keep it
- Email inquiry records: retained for 1 year after response, then deleted
- Server access logs: retained for 3 months, then automatically deleted
3. Sharing with third parties
We don't share personal information with anyone outside the Company, except where the law requires it or where investigative authorities make a lawful request.
4. Service providers
We rely on the following service provider:
- Hosting: hosting.kr — for domain and static file hosting
Service providers may use information only for the purpose we hire them for, and must follow applicable laws.
5. Our other brands
Daniel Class (danielclass.com) and Chubbycat (chubbycat.net) each have their own privacy policy. When you use those products, the policy on each site applies.
6. Your rights
You can exercise the following rights over your personal information:
- Ask to see what we have
- Ask us to correct anything that's wrong
- Ask us to delete it (some retention may be required by law)
- Ask us to stop processing it

We use the following measures to protect personal information:
- Administrative: internal management plans and regular staff training
- Technical: HTTPS, access control, antivirus protection
- Physical: controlled access to storage facilities

10. Notice of changes
This Policy applies from its effective date. When we make changes, we'll post them on the Site at least 7 days before they take effect — or at least 30 days ahead, when the change materially affects your rights.
